What is the Loyalty Program?

Guests must register for the Alaiye Resort & SPA loyalty program. Points will be credited after registration is complete. You can easily become a member on this page.Now, for your stays at Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel, 1 Euro will be calculated as 1 point. While collecting unforgettable holiday memories, you can continue to enjoy memorable experiences for your next holiday at advantageous prices. Accordingly;

Silver: Up to 10,000-20,000 Points - 7% (%5 Repeat discount included)

Gold: Up to 20,001-40,000 Points - 8% (%5 Repeat discount included)

Platinum: Up to 40,001-99,999 Points - 9% (%5 Repeat discount included)

ALAIYE SILVER CARD

10,000-20,000 points This is a model offered by the management of Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel to guests who have stayed at the facility for the second time, providing various advantages.
To become an Alaiye cardholder, you need to have stayed at our facility at least twice.
Advantages of the Alaiye Silver card include:
Fruit plate and complimentary treats on arrival day
15% discount on laundry washing and ironing services
10% discount on pavilion rentals

ALAIYE GOLD CARD

20,001-40,000 points This is a model offered by the management of Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel to guests who have stayed at the facility for at least four times, providing various advantages.
To become an Alaiye cardholder, you need to have stayed at our facility at least four times.
Advantages of the Alaiye Gold Card include:
Special check-in by Reception / Guest Services staff
Fruit plate and complimentary treats on arrival day
Early Check-in opportunity (subject to availability)
20% discount on laundry washing and ironing services
2 usages of the A'la Carte Restaurant for a minimum 1-week stay

ALAIYE PLATINUM CARD

40,001-99,999 points This is a model offered by the management of Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel to guests who have stayed at the facility for at least seven times, providing various advantages.
To become an Alaiye cardholder, you need to have stayed at our facility at least seven times.
Alaiye Platinum Card Advantages;
